Repeat Prescriptions

To order a repeat prescription please fill out the form below, please ensure you include all information requested so we can do this for you promptly.

For prescriptions requested before 12pm, usually we are able to have it ready within 24 hrs.

Please note if you request a prescription after 12pm on a Friday, your prescription will not be available until the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a public holiday).
